This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the collection, use and disclosure of an individual customer’s Personal Data (hereinafter defined) arising from goods and/or services offered by Spacemind Studio (collectively referred to as “Spacemind Studio”).

1.1 This Policy statement provides information on the obligations and policies of Spacemind Studio in respect of an individual customer’s Personal Data. Spacemind Studio undertakes to use reasonable efforts in applying, where practicable, those principles and the processes set out herein to its operations.
1.2 Spacemind Studio’s officers, management, and members of staff shall use reasonable endeavours to respect the confidentiality of and keep safe any and all Personal Data collected and/or stored and/or disclosed and/or used for, or on behalf of, Spacemind Studio. Spacemind Studio shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all collection and/or storage and/or disclosure and/or usage of Personal Data by Spacemind Studio shall be done in an appropriate manner and in accordance with the Act and this Policy.
1.3 By interacting with us, submitting information to us, or signing up for any products or services offered by us, you agree and consent to Spacemind Studio as well as to its respective representatives and/or agents (“Representatives”) (collectively referred to herein as “Spacemind Studio”, “us”, “we” or “our”) collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to Spacemind Studio’s authorised service providers and relevant third parties in the manner set forth in this Privacy Statement.
1.4 This Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to us in respect of your Personal Data, and your consents herein are additional to any rights which we may have at law to collect, use or disclose your Personal Data.
1.5 For the purposes of this Policy, in line with the provisions under the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Section 4 of 2010), “Personal Data” shall mean data, whether true or not, about an individual customer who can be identified — from that data (not including any information that is processed for the purpose of a credit reporting business); or from that data and other information which an organisation has or is likely to have access. Such Personal Data shall also refer to that which is already in the possession of Spacemind Studio or that which shall be collected by Spacemind Studio in future.
2. Types of Personal Data Collected
As part of its day-to-day activity, Spacemind Studio may collect from you, through various means, including via our websites, phone, or marketing events such as lucky draws and contests, social networking sites and any forms used by Spacemind Studio from time to time, some or all of the following Personal Data:
- Company information (for billing purposes)
- Credit card details (for billing purposes)
- Personal contact information such as names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone number (for project purposes)
- Third party relations (i.e. hosting company etc.)
3. Purpose of Collection of Personal Data
Personal Data collected for the purposes of:, amongst others, conducting data/market research, analysis and evaluation, providing benefits and/or compensation, processing payment, providing you with any goods and/or services, marketing and communication, delivery of products and services, accounting and auditing, investigating complaints, claims and disputes, responding to inquiries and provide customer services, as well as verification of identity of clients.
4. Protection and Disclosure of Personal Data
Spacemind Studio uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Data and will not knowingly allow access to this data to anyone outside Spacemind Studio, except to the extent necessary to complete your request for our services. Spacemind Studio reserves the right to reveal this information pursuant to a valid subpoena or court order.
Spacemind Studio use return email addresses to answer the email we receive for tech support, customer service, tell-a-friend, email updates. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Spacemind Studio will not disclose the personally identifiable information provided to us online, via phone, or in person, in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
5. Cookies
Spacemind Studio may use ‘cookies’ to facilitate certain interactive elements of the website. These cookies do not store or provide access to any of your personal information.
6. Third Party Sites
This Policy only applies to the collection and use of Personal Data by Spacemind Studio. It does not cover third party sites to which we provide links, even if such sites are co-branded with our logo. Spacemind Studio does not share your Personal Data with third party websites. Spacemind Studio is not responsible for the privacy and conduct practices of these third party websites, so you should read their own privacy policies before disclosure of any Personal Data to these websites.
Spacemind Studio will not sell your personal information to any third party without your permission, but we cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third party sites which you may have linked or been directed to Spacemind Studio’s website.
7. Children's Privacy
Spacemind Studio’s websites do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 18 years old. Spacemind Studio does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 18 years old or send them requests for personal data.

You may review or update the personal information collected at Spacemind Studio’s website by contacting us at info@spacemindstudio.com. To protect your privacy and security, Spacemind Studio reserves the right to request for proof of identity before revealing information.
9. Changes to Privacy Policy
Spacemind Studio reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time without prior notice by updating this posting.
